"A semi detached property that truly belies it's size with a total floor space of approximately 2175 sq.ft. Offering a well thought-out blend of both living and bedroom space the property is versatile and ideal for a number of different buyers and also offers access to Epsom town centre with mainline train station. To the ground floor is a well specified kitchen/breakfast room with a range of wall and base units with a cream finish and black granite work surfaces running through.
