The property is in Worlingham which has primary schooling, post office, newsagents, pharmacy and hairdresser. A fuller range of amenities can be found in Beccles, which is a busy market town with many shops, restaurants, schools, pubs and supermarkets. A market selling fresh produce is held every Friday in the town, there is a local bus station which runs a regular service to Lowestoft, Norwich and many of the smaller villages around. The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. The train station runs direct to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich, and the unspoilt Suffolk coastline with the beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are within easy driving distance.

Directions
Head out of Beccles centre via Blyburgate/A145. Take the 3rd left onto Ingate and at the traffic lights head straight onto Lowestoft Road. Continue along the road then take a right onto The Walnuts. Continue along this road and the property is located in the far corner on the right hand side.
