"This is a very attractively presented two bedroomed semi detached home which enjoys Upvc double glazing, gas fired central heating and off road parking. The accommodation is extremely well planned, there is an entrance hall, 20ft long lounge, very pleasant kitchen with a range of fitted units, plus understairs store. There is a utility room with utility store off, whilst the first floor enjoys a landing giving access to the two bedrooms and a bathroom. A boarded loft space is accessed via a ladder on the landing. To the rear there is a very pleasant enclosed rear lawned garden. The house is very conveniently situated for some excellent local shops just up the road and is accessible by bus service to the market town of Newcastle under Lyme.

DIRECTIONS From Newcastle take the A34 north towards Congleton. Continue forward at the Milehouse roundabout and at the next roundabout (Dimsdale) turn right onto Dimsdale Parade West. Take the first left turn, follow the road round to the left into Hanbridge Avenue and number 94 is on the right hand side.
