"Front Garden A small row of houses "off the beaten track" can be found tucked away in this lovely part of Rhiwbina. A private front garden mainly laid to lawn. The garden is bordered by a low level wall at the front and mature shrubs and hedgerows to the sides. A pretty rockery with flowing plants at the front of the garden and a concrete pathway leading to the front door. Hallway An aluminium double glazed door and window with leaf pattern obscure glass provide excellent natural light into this bright spacious hallway. The coved ceiling is decorated with swirl pattern artex and is painted white with single pendant light. Walls are smooth plaster painted soft lemon, radiator, BT point. Consumer unit is in a flush cupboard below the window. Floors are covered with a light oak wood throughout the hallway, lounge and dining room. Lounge (14' 1" x 11' 10" or 4.30m x 3.60m) Leading from the hallway is an excellent size lounge. A large uPVC window that overlooks the front garden with large radiator below. Coved ceilings are painted white with single pendant light. Walls are painted soft cream with terracotta painted feature wall with two wall lights; an extra light is positioned on the opposite wall.
