KITCHEN 11'6" x 9'9" (3.5m x 2.97m). Glazed window to rear, range of wall and base units with drawers, work surface with one and half bowl sink and drainer, built-in double oven and inset electric hob with extractor fan. Space for fridge freezer, plumbing for washing machine.
