"A spacious four bedroom detached house, occupying a lovely position within this sought after development. The house was built circa 1994 by Barratt Homes and has been loved and cared for by the current owners since 2002. You enter through the front door into the entrance hall with a WC, cupboard, stairs rising to the first floor and doors opening to the principal rooms.

The lounge is positioned at the front of the house and enjoys a bay window and a gas feature fire, with double doors opening to the dining room and an under stairs cupboard. The dining room links through to the kitchen and has double doors opening to a large conservatory at the rear of the house.

The Owners Love The current owners have loved the location and the semi rural feel, whilst still being able to walk into town or the various nearby amenities . They are particularly fond of the plot the house occupies which was something that really appealed to us when we moved here. The position is excellent looking straight down the road and with extra space down the side, it s a real bonus . They will mostly miss our lovely neighbours. It s such a quiet and friendly place to live

Upstairs, on the first floor landing, there is an airing cupboard, loft access hatch and doors to the bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom enjoys en suite facilities with a shower, washbasin and WC. There are three further bedrooms with two at the rear overlooking the back garden and the other at the front. The family bathroom is fitted with a three piece suite including WC, washbasin and bath with shower over.

George Loves I was blown away by just how spacious the house is! There is lots of versatile space and it could be utilised for a variety of family living arrangements. It makes this property really stand out as a great option to come in and make it work for you. The area is also excellent with lots of amenities nearby, good transport links and within walking distance of town. An absolute must see house!

Outside, to the rear of the property there is a well laid out, landscaped and secluded garden, which enjoys a good degree of privacy considering the estate setting. Initially, there is an extended patio area, which leads onto a lawn with fenced walled boarders and a hard standing space which houses the garden shed. There is a side gate with access to the front, with a tarmac gravel driveway, providing off road parking for several vehicles, as well as a further space beside the house which could be further utilised as more parking or garden. There is a single garage attached to the house with an up and over door on the front and a personnel door from the rear garden.
