"A well presented and spacious 4 bedroomed detached family home providing gas centrally heated and UPVC double glazed accommodation situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the north western fringe of the town.

THE SITUATION
Nash Green in the Parish of Staplegrove is on the extreme north western fringe of Taunton just under 2 miles from the town centre and within easy reach of local amenities which include a primary school, post office/general stores, church etc. The property itself enjoys a somewhat tucked away position and is well away from busy traffic. The County Town of course provides an excellent range of shopping, cultural, recreational and scholastic facilities as well as having mainline railway station and access to junction 25 of th M5 motorway.
