THE SITUATION
Deane Drive is situated between Comeytrowe Lane and Galmington Road on the sought after south western fringe of Taunton about 1 1/2 miles from the town centre. On Galmington Road itself there is a useful range of local amenities including convenience store whilst the Comeytrowe Centre on College Way provides additional shopping facilities, doctors surgery, chemist etc. This location also allows straight forward access to the Somerset College of Arts and Technology and hospital etc.
