Situated in a backwater of this increasingly popular and improving market town. Bus services and the railway station are easily accessed and the M5 interchanges at Dunball and Edithmead are also easily reached.

A nearby footpath/cycle path gives easy access to the nearby Apex Leisure park from where one can also access the embankment for the River Brue.
