Situated in a cul de sac of mainly bungalows within a short level walk of the town centre, sea front, bowls club, library, doctors surgery and choice of supermarkets. Other amenities in Burnham On Sea include the championship golf course, heated indoor swimming pool, tennis club and indoor sports centre at King Alfred School in Highbridge

The M5 Junction 22 at Edithemad is two and a half miles drive giving excellent access to Bristol, Taunton, Exeter and the M4 corridor.
