"Warminster Road is a great location on the edge of the popular village of Bathampton. The area is popular for excellent local schools, access to the canal for walks and ease of commute to the University of Bath. The city centre is within striking distance and the countryside around is quite superb. This attractive home is elevated from the road and offers fine views. Being built around 1924, the house is lucky to retain the 'Art Deco' style with original fireplace in the sitting room and panelled maple doors and skirting throughout. The house has been sympathetically upgraded with hardwood double glazed sash windows to the front bays to create superb and light accommodation.
