"Warminster Road is a great location on the fringe of the city at the edge of the fantastic village of Bathampton. Offering local primary schools at Bathwick and Bathampton, King Edward's School, and ideally suited for those needing access to University of Bath. There are walks close by to the canal and up into the National Trust fields. This 1920's semi-detached home is elevated from the road by a single driveway with gardens to the front. There is tandem parking for several vehicles. The property is enclosed by hedges with access to the side of the house and rear garden. From the property, there are views to the front towards the valley and to the rear to the woods where deer can often be spotted. The accommodation is laid out with a downstairs WC off the hallway which leads to the two main reception rooms with a further kitchen/breakfast room to the rear. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and family bathroom with further stairs up to the fourth bedroom.
