This surprisingly spacious terraced cottage is situated in the highly sought after village of Timsbury and has clearly been a labour of love for the current owners with substantial improvements have been made both internally and externally. The living accommodation is exceptionally well presented being both tasteful and sympathetic to the age of the property and comprises on the ground floor an entrance hall, a sitting room with a log burner, a lovely dining room that leads to a wonderful kitchen breakfast room with a pantry, a useful utility lobby and a cloakroom whilst on the first floor there are three bedrooms and a fantastic bathroom complete with a separate shower cubicle. Other features include a gas central heating system with the boiler having been replaced in 2018 and PVCu double glazing, also replaced in 2018. Outside there is a low maintenance front garden whilst at the rear there is a truly stunning landscaped garden that really needs to be seen in order to be fully appreciated. In addition to the above the property also benefits from having a drive for two cars and a large garage almost 22ft long and over 10ft wide. Timsbury is a very well regarded village situated just a few miles south of Bath and is within easy reach of both Bristol and Wells.
