"Preston Baker are proud to welcome to the market this four bedroom detached bungalow in Selby. Tucked away on an acre plot but still within walking distance of Selby town centre, the property offers spacious family style living accommodation which briefly comprises of a large open plan dining kitchen, family room and dining room, four double bedrooms, the master with ensuite, and a house bathroom. Outside there are extensive gardens to the rear of the property and two double garages. Early viewing is highly recommended.

As you approach the property you are struck by its tucked away location down a long, private driveway. Despite being close to Selby town centre, the property feels private and is set in a generous and spacious plot.

The property is entered through the front entrance door which leads directly into the spacious entrance hallway. Straight ahead in the hallway is the shower room which features a state of the art shower cubicle complete with numerous water jets, spot lights and a seat. From New Street, turn left onto Water Hill Lane at the traffic lights by the toll bridge. Continue forward along New Millgate. At the mini roundabout turn right onto Millgate - B1223. Follow the road out of Selby and turn right down a driveway on the right after the garage as indicated by a Preston Baker board.
