Comments of the owner: "This is paradise. The location is second to none with beautiful beaches, castles and golf courses. If you love dog walking beach combing and golf this is wonderful. Since buying Boxer house we have undertaken numerous projects internally and externally. These have included: bespoke high gloss walnut and white combination kitchen with all the usual appliances. We extended the main bathroom, doubling its size by knocking through from the en suite and fitted a designer bathroom suite with designer furnishings. All the internal doors have been changed to solid oak doors. In the lounge we wanted to add a multi fuel burner so created a fireplace from handmade bricks to house the Brosley 7kw fire. We then had an oak Karndean floor with white coloured plantation blinds. We updated the conservatory which leads out onto decking. In the master bedroom we replaced the window with French doors which lead onto more decking in the private rear garden. The loft has double insulation some 8 inches thick. All the doors and windows were replaced with white PVC together with the roof line. We extended the front parking space to accommodate 3 cars and added the 5 bar gate for privacy. The fuse box was changed the newer trip box with a water meter being fitted some 4 years ago".
