"Grange Park is located on the periphery of the Northumberland village of Rennington and is located around 3 miles from the main A1 road with easy access to both the North and South. The village has a popular public house/restaurant, church and village hall and is within only a few miles of the Northumbrian Coastline and the historic, market town of Alnwick which offers a wider range of amenities including supermarkets, public houses, restaurants, first middle and high schools, library, doctors, dentists and leisure centre. Transport links via the North East railway station located within the coastal village of Alnmouth.
