"This very attractive individual detached house was constructed in the mid 1960's and stands in an enviable position at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac of only 6 houses and directly adjacent to an orchard paddock. The house has been occupied by the present owner since 1975 and has been extended on the ground floor to provide a spacious Master Bedroom which has a Bathroom En-Suite and which opens directly to the rear garden. Further improvements include the installation of PVCu double glazing with PVCu soffits and fascias and the replacement of the gas fired boiler in 2005. The well maintained interior provides four bedroomed accommodation with a second Bathroom on the first floor, an attractive Living Room, Kitchen/Breakfast Room and Sun Room. In addition there is an attached single garage and the house stands in very private lawned gardens which face in a south-westerly direction at the rear.
