"6 Clarkes Way is a well presented two bedroomed semi detached home sitting in a larger than average plot with scope for potential extension( Subject to Planning Permission). Situated at the end of Clarkes way and siding onto a green.

Ground Floor. A glazed door opens into the porch which in-turn has doors into the living room. The living room is a good size with large window to the front with a green aspect, stairs to the first floor, doors into the under-stairs cupboard and open entrance into the kitchen. The kitchen has been re fitted by the current owners with modern eye and base level units to three sides with space for two appliances and a oven/hob. The conservatory is also accessed from the kitchen and is currently used as a dining room with two sets of double doors leading onto the rear garden and from the side onto the large decking/outside dining area. First Floor. The landing has doors to both bedrooms and the bathroom. The bathroom has been re fitted by the owners with a modern three piece suit with electric shower over bath and has tiling throughout with a recess shelving area. Bedroom one is to the front of the property with bedroom two being to the rear with built in cupboard over the stairs housing the water tank. Garden. The rear garden is larger then average for the street having a large area to the side of the property which the previous owners had planning in place to build single story extension (which lapsed in 1996). There is also a large decked area to the side of the conservatory with the majority of the back garden being laid to lawn with planted borders and a storage shed to one corner. Parking. There is off street parking for up to two cars on a gravel drive to the front of the property. Services connected: Electricity, Water & Mains Drainage are connected.
