"10 Clarkes Way is a well presented 3 bedroom Semi detached house located in a cul de sac. A particular feature is the wider than usual block paved driveway to the side.

GROUND FLOOR The double glazed front door leads into the hallway which has stairs rising to the first floor with a cupboard beneath and doors leading to the kitchen and living room. The lounge/dining room is a good size with double glazed windows to the front and back, a dado rail and doors to the the hall and kitchen. The kitchen is to the back of the property with a door to the garden and has been re-fitted with panel fronted wood effect cupboards with roll top work surfaces. Within the kitchen there are spaces for a cooker with a hood above, washing machine and a fridge/freezer. FIRST FLOOR The landing has doors to the three bedrooms, the bathroom and the airing cupboard. Bedroom 1 has a window with rear aspect and bedrooms 2 & 3 are at the front of the property. Bedroom 3 has a built-in cupboard over the stair bulkhead. The bathroom is fitted with a white suite including a pedestal basin and low level WC and bath with shower above.
