"Presented to the market is this three bedroom family home on Saxty Way, Sowerby. The home is situated in a popular area near to the local schools and comprises Entrance hall, Kitchen, Lounge and Dining room to the ground floor and Three Bedrooms and a Bathroom to the first floor.
The front garden is south facing and a driveway leads to a garage and the rear garden.

Location Saxty Way is within walking distance of Thirsk Town Centre yet far enough away to be a quiet residential area. Conveniently placed for commuting with great road and rail links it is also close to the local primary and secondary School. Entrance Hall 4.32 x 1.95 (14'2' x 6'4') The entrance hall can be accessed either from the front porch via a glazed door with a side light or from an partially glazed external door to the side of the property. There is a staircase with open banister leading to the first floor, a telephone point, central heating radiator, a door to the lounge and a sliding door to the kitchen. Lounge 4.33 x 3.34 (14'2' x 10'11') Accessed from the Entrance Hall and open to the Dining Room, the Lounge has a good sized South facing window overlooking the front garden. There is a living flame gas fire with marble effect surround and hearth. There is a television point and a central heating radiator. Dining Room 3.26 x 2.71 (10'8' x 8'10') The Dining room is open to the Lounge and has a door to the Kitchen. There is a North facing window overlooking the rear patio area and garden and there is a central heating radiator. Kitchen 2.8 x 2.56 (9'2' x 8'4') Accessed through a sliding door from the Hall, the Kitchen is fitted with a good range of base and wall units. There are tiled splash backs space for a fridge freezer, a central heating radiator and a North facing window overlooking the rear garden.
