"A generous mid terrace property with three bedrooms, a kitchen diner, living room and rear porch, located on Church Street with easy access to the centre of Settle.

On entering the house from the front, a part glazed timber door provides access to an entrance vestibule which opens into the good sized living room. The kitchen is off to the right and is fitted with a range of wall and base units including stainless steel sink with mixer tap and gas hob with electric oven beneath and extractor over. There is ample space for a freestanding fridge freezer. Off the kitchen is a rear vestibule ideal for coats and boots and provides access to the rear. A large under stair presents space for a washing machine and dryer and houses the gas fired boiler.
