Looking down Waveney drive which has to be one of our most requested
locations in the village. This is ideal for the active retired being conveniently
situated for access to Wroxham/Hoveton village centre. Waveney Drive lying
within a 1/4 of a mile of a range of facilities including shops, supermarket, minimarket,
bank, post office, doctors surgery and of course the famous Roy's
department store. For the sailing or fishing enthusiast the River Bure runs
through the centre of the village and gives access to the Norfolk Broads
generally. There is a bus and rail service to the City of Norwich which lies within
7 miles. Sea Palling beach is 12 miles away.

bathroom, utility room, garage and well kept landscaped gardens and ample

The far end has another shed. Very pretty and a lovely space to relax.
