Located within Roydon the property is found upon a small and quiet residential road close to the heart of the village. Roydon itself which adjoins Diss is situated just one and half miles to the west of the town centre and has proved to have been a popular and sought after location over the years, by way of still retaining a strong and active local community with a good niche infrastructure.
