The Property

A personnel door leads from the garage into the rear gardens. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with a mature hedge to the rear boundary, enclosed on either side by wooden fencing. Brushmakers Way is a select development located on the outskirts of Diss. The property is within a short walk to the town centre which has a selection of independent shops and a popular Friday market. The town has regular bus links to Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds with a direct train line to London Liverpool Street. There are schools of all levels within the town, with further sixth forms/private schools located in the neighbouring Ipswich & Norwich.

From Diss, proceed out of the town via Shelfanger Road turning left onto Factory Lane. Turn right into Brushmakers Way, where the property will be found on the left hand side, towards the end of the cul-de-sac.
