DESCRIPTION This is just simply a charming home; comfortable and cozy and yet it has three reception rooms and four bedrooms - so it's not small! There are also some attractive original features including a very nice hall; a recently fully tiled, contemporary bathroom and much more...As well as only a five minute walk to Oxton Village. We'd certainly recommend a viewing. A part glazed front door with original leaded windows either side and above. This opens to a vestibule with an original colour tiled threshold with meter cupboard and a stripped pitch pine part glazed door - also with leaded coloured glasswork - and matching windows either side. This opens to a traditional hall with dado and picture rail; 'L' shaped and large enough for a piece of furniture under the stairs. There's a radiator here, power and a cloaks cupboard. This is the original butler's pantry and has a sash window, open shelving, store cupboard and a wall mounted central heating boiler. FRONT LOUNGE 4.22m(13'10'') x 3.96m(13'0'') Measuring into an attractive double glazed bay window. This room has original coving and a feature Victorian style fireplace with tiling and with a living flame fire. Radiator and tv point. REAR LOUNGE 3.71m(12'2'') x 2.87m(9'5'') With a single glazed rear sash window, attractive Victorian style fireplace with open working fire and radiator. Opening to the dining room. DINING ROOM 3.66m(12'0'') x 2.90m(9'6'') Another pretty room here with china cupboards to the chimney breast in which there's a recessed fire display area and original tiled hearth. Stripped floorboards, sash window and radiator and with a door to the kitchen. KITCHEN 2.84m(9'4'') x 1.57m(5'2'') With medium oak effect worktops and a soft cream base and wall unit and including inset sink unit, four ring gas hob with oven below, plumbing for dishwasher and a double and a single base unit. Two double and two single wall units as well as a foldaway extractor and mosaic tiling between units and to the splashbacks. Side picture window,an external door and a heather brown floor tile. Original fireplace and a radiator. BEDROOM TWO 3.56m(11'8'') x 2.87m(9'5'') Also with a sash window and radiator. BEDROOM THREE 2.87m(9'5'') x 2.59m(8'6'') With a matching sash window and radiator. Note the measurement ignores a door entrance area. BEDROOM FOUR 2.62m(8'7'') x 1.88m(6'2'') With double glaed window, dado rail and radiator. BATHROOM A refurbished bathroom with neutral earth coloured and polished tiling to full ceiling height and to match to the floor. A white contemporary bathroom suite including a cast iron bath with monobloc mixer; opaque glass fronted Triton shower unit and screen over; basin and loo and with a chrome heated towel rail, inset mirror into the wall and an original store cupboard. Finally, a selection of downlighters and patterned window. OUTSIDE Side path leads onto the rear. This has a mix of crazy paving and concrete hardstanding, flags and a slightly raised gravelled border where there's a pebbled water feature. There's also a useful outhouse.
