"48 Manor Hill house sale was a huge, major project for the new owners (and what wonders they've achieved in such a short time already); No 46 Manor Hill house sale was like walking into a palace; beautiful. No 50 comes for sale as a 'project' house sale, certainly, but by most standards these days, not a major project....

However, there's plenty to do; from knocking through from morning room to kitchen, combining bathroom with separate loo and more besides, although it is a house you could possibly move into first and then decide what to do.... For it's a house that also has scope to add to, given the depth of the garden, as well as develop into the roof space, if the rooms created in the attic on the other two house sales are anything to go by. But without that, this is a fine traditional house with some fine traditionally proportioned rooms. And many of those rooms have pvc double glazing (considerably modern) as well as radiators (gas fired central heating). The hall is a big feature to this home, so too the deep circular bay windows, of course. The opportunities to open morning room through to the kitchen (and some...perhaps) are exciting, and the garden immediately off the patio doors is crying out for at least a conservatory. The main feature of all, however, and you're bound to say we're bound to say it! is the location. Right opposite the grounds of St Anselm's School and a stretch of the legs to BHSA and Birkenhead School. As far as transport is concerned, it's a few minutes to drop your spouse off at the station or to take him/her through the tunnel for work.
