"Step into this handsome and traditional 1930's semi and appreciate the size of rooms, the features both original and modern and see the scope for alteration, remodelling and or refurbishing of the kitchen, pantry and morning room areas. A home, however, very much 'move-in-able'....

New & old mixing well It's a home that also stands vacant now, so we can show you around and at fairly short notice. Some of the original features include wood block floors that you can see in the hall and rear living room. The pvc double glazing system, which whilst quite modern, does wherever possible, replicate that of the original window design. Note, for example, the encased stained glass within a pvc frame to the landing. There are also two modern pine and antique pine effect fireplaces that are in proportion to the size of each of the entertaining rooms. The morning room however still retains the original Rayburn, the main focal point to this morning room.
