"Situated just off Grimsby Road in this established residential position is this family sized 3 bedroomed semi- detached house with off road parking to the rear. It is in a good spot, close to the local amenities and facilities on Grimsby Road. Only a short stroll up and across the train tracks to the beach and seafront beyond. It is fair to say the property does require a full scheme of updating and modernisation, when work is complete it will once again be a lovely family home for years to come.
