"Offered with no upward chain and situated in a sought after Cul-de-Sac location is this three bedroom bay fronted semi-detached property. Ideally suited for families the property is located within the catchment for the well regarded Water Leys Primary School. The property has been extended to the side to include a useful utility room and ground floor WC. Although the property does require some cosmetic modernisation the property does benefit from gas fired central heating and double glazed windows throughout. The accomodation briefly comprises an entrance porch, with UPVC door into a good size entrance hall.
