"This two double bedroom detached bungalow is offered for sale with no upward chain and is within walking distance of Wigston town centre. The property benefits from spacious living accommodation to include a lounge, a good size kitchen with separate utility area and a bathroom containing a four piece suite. Although the property does require some cosmetic improvement it was formerly rented out and has recent gas and electrical safety certificates. The bungalow also boasts UPVC double glazed windows throughout, gas fired central heating and off-road parking. Access to the property is via a useful UPVC porch and through a further timber and glazed panel door into the living room. The living room has a living flame gas fire set into a feature fireplace and there is a bay window to the front elevation. Doors from the living room lead through to the kitchen and a small inner hall off of which are both bedrooms. The kitchen is a good size space with ample room for appliances as well as a table and chairs if required. There is a range of base and wall mounted units with granite effect roll-edge work surfaces. There is a built-in four ring gas hob with electric oven underneath and extractor fan over. There is a stainless steel sink drainer and a window to the rear elevation.
