"This immaculately presented and well maintained three bedroom detached property occupies a generous plot within a Cul-de-Sac on the popular Little Hill Estate. Conveniently located for Wigston Magna and within the catchment for the highly regarded Little Hill School the property offers spacious living accommodation and has been extended to the side in the form of a large conservatory. The accommodation comprises of a lounge/diner, refitted kitchen and bathroom, three bedrooms and an integral garage. The property is further enhanced through UPVC double glazed windows throughout, gas fired central heating and ample off-road parking. Access to the property is via a UPVC front door and on into a large porch area with tiled flooring, fitted storage cupboard space and doors through to the main entrance hall and also to the integral garage.The main entrance hall has stairs rising to the first floor, and doors through to the lounge/diner, kitchen and ground floor WC.
