"This very well presented and maintained extended three/four bedroom detached property occupies a generous corner plot on the sought after Little Hill estate. Conveniently located for Wigston Magna and within the catchment for the highly regarded Little Hill school the property provides flexible and versatile living accommodation. Extended to the front to accommodate a larger kitchen space and ground floor WC, the property has also been extended to the rear creating an additional room that could be used in a variety of ways. The property benefits from UPVC double glazed windows throughout and gas fired central heating. The accommodation is enhanced further by off-road parking for at least three vehicles, garage and landscaped rear garden. Access to the property is via a UPVC front door and on into an entrance hall. Off the entrance hall is a ground floor cloakroom with a contemporary two piece suite to include a low level WC and wash hand basin set onto a storage unit.
