"Non overlooked at the rear and tucked away in a cul de sac location this immaculately presented home deserves an internal viewing. Benefiting from a landscaped garden, off road parking and a conservatory. Entry to the property is through a upvc door leading into the entrance hall with stairs off to the first floor and there is access to the Lounge. At the front of the property with a upvc bay window is the Lounge which has a coal effect gas fireplace with wooden mantel piece over. From the Lounge is access to the Kitchen Diner which comprises sink and drainer with mains mixer tap over set in work surfaces extending to provide a range of base units and drawers under with matching eye level units over.
