READY TO MOVE IN!! This three bedroom, traditional semi-detached home is located in a well regarded area of Ashby de la Zouch. It is in the catchment area for good primary and secondary schools and benefits from not being overlooked at the front or back and being in a cul-de-sac location.

Ashby de la Zouch is placed close to the M1 and the M42 making it easily accessible to Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Birmingham and other Midland towns and cities.
