Offering just over 1400 SQ.FT this is a spacious property with three double sized bedrooms and a large four piece bathroom suite. The landing area is easily big enough to accommodate a second staircase offering scope to convert the roof space into additional accommodation. The rear bedroom enjoys a lovely outlook towards Harrock Hill. The ground floor comprises of a welcoming reception porch and hallway resplendent with it's period bright red entrance door. There are two separate reception rooms both with their own character incorporating high ceilings and feature fireplaces including a wood burning stove. The kitchen is an impressive room complete with a hand painted kitchen and plenty of space to accommodate a large dining table.
