The Location Venture Park is situated in Morecambe's popular Westgate, which is well served with local amenities. There is a parade of shops, businesses and supermarkets, there is even a local doctor's surgery amongst the many others amenities. There is a good local bus service into the town centre and also to neighbouring villages of Bare and Torrisholme. You will not need to stray far though, Venture Park itself has its own shop and amenities. The park is designed for the retired and semi retired and you will find it has a great community. The residential park sits at the rear of the holiday park, within its own quiet cul de sac, but one of the great benefits of having the holiday park next door is that there is always plenty for visiting grand children to do! Why this home? The size of this home is fantastic. It has two double bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and is well presented throughout.
