"A park home with a difference thanks to it's large surrounding gardens. If you enjoy spending time outdoors this is the perfect home for you. The home has been well maintained and ideal if your looking to live the quieter lifestyle to be able to relax and enjoy what life has to give. There's private parking and it's available with no chain.

The Location Venture Park is situated in Morecambe's popular Westgate which is well served with local amenities. There's a parade of shops and businesses with supermarkets and local shops and a local doctor's surgery amongst many others. There is a good local bus service into the town centre and also to neighbouring villages of Bare and Torrisholme. You won't need to stray far though, Venture Park itself has it's own shop and amenities. The park is designed for the retired and semi retired and you will find it has a great community. The residential park sits at the rear of the holiday park, within it's own quiet cul de sac but one of the great benefits of having the holiday park next door is that there is always plenty for visiting grand children to do! What's On Offer? No 52 has a lot to offer with the main attraction of this home being the amount of outside space available. The surrounding landscaped gardens are a true delight and there's private parking which can accommodate two vehicles. The home itself is well looked after and briefly offers a lounge, kitchen diner, one bedroom and bathroom. The extended porch has plumbing for a washing machine and power points. A central heating system is installed. The Living Space Once inside the home you will find the living space to the the left hand side. The lounge has windows to each wall filling the room with natural light and opening up the space. A gas fire provides a warming focal point to the room and a cupboard houses the boiler.
