The Park Westcliffe Drive is an established fully residential park. The park is designed for the retired and semi retired and has a 'no pets' policy. You'll be impressed at how clean the park is and being situated in Westgate the park enjoys great local amenities. Westgate is a popular residential area of Morecambe. Whilst peaceful it is not far from the Shrimp roundabout making it handy for the villages of Bare and Torrisholme or for travel into Morecambe town centre and there is a regular bus service with a bus stop close to the park gates. You don't need to travel far if you don't want to though, Westgate is well served with local amenities. There's a parade of shops and businesses with supermarkets and local shops and a local doctor's surgery amongst many others. Westgate has become increasingly popular in recent years and really established itself as a sought after residential area.
From Westgate itself turn left onto Westcliffe Drive and you will find the park entrance is first on your left. You will find parking available on the right hand side. A Residential Park Home As you drive onto Westcliffe Drive Park you will find a small development of Dorset Cottage Park Homes to the right. The Dorset Cottage has been a popular style of home for many years and it's easy to see why. The double unit accommodation offers a generous lounge diner with French Doors to a wooden verandah and a door through to the kitchen at the rear. There's an extended utility porch with plumbing for a washing machine, two bedrooms and a bathroom with over bath shower. You will find this home has double glazing, a gas central heating system and with a generous garden area with dwarf walls you are likely to be impressed. The home is offered for sale with no onward chain. The Living Accommodation Double glazed French doors open off the the wooden verandah and into a generous and open lounge diner.
