Situated on a quiet friendly site there's space for parking and room to create a garden. With double glazing and gas central heating this home is a real treat.

Westcliffe Drive: The Park Westcliffe Drive is an established fully residential park. The park is designed for the retired and semi retired and has a 'no pets' policy. You'll be impressed at how clean the park is and being situated in Westgate the park enjoys great local amenities. Westgate is a popular residential area of Morecambe. Whilst peaceful it is not far from the Shrimp roundabout making it handy for the villages of Bare and Torrisholme or for travel into Morecambe town centre and there is a regular bus service with a bus stop close to the park gates. You don't need to travel far if you don't want to though, Westgate is well served with local amenities. There's a parade of shops and businesses with supermarkets and local shops and a local doctor's surgery amongst many others.
