The house is overlooking the well known Heaton Park as well as in close proximity to excellent local amenities such as both an array of fantastic schools and transport links. Finally it is a well presented extended three bedroom home with the added benefit of a loft conversion, along with a spacious garden; which has been great for entertaining in the summer.
