"A large, extended, four bedroom, semi-detached home on Meade Hill Road, a short walk to Heaton Park, Bowker Vale Metrolink, Prestwich Village and Manchester City Centre within close proximity. The large family home is positioned on a large corner plot with a two car and second single car block paved driveways.

The property has been generously extended and provides a substantial living space, the ground floor has three reception rooms. On entering the hallway on the right there is a large lounge, to the left is the second lounge, or family room, both are positioned at the front of the property. To the rear of the main lounge is the conservatory/dining room which has French doors opening onto the rear garden and patio. The kitchen is a great size, sleek and modern with high gloss white units and granite worktops throughout, The recently fitted kitchen has been cleverly designed with built in appliances and benefits from lots of storage and worktop space. For added comfort, the ground floor has a WC.
