"A completely gorgeous three bedroom semi detached home on Langley Grove, an excellent location, just a short walk to Prestwich Village, Metrolink and a great location for local schools. The front of the property has a large block paved driveway for two cars.
Inside, clean, contemporary design makes a happy living space ready to move into. The large lounge, which runs the full length of the house is a bright open space, with immaculate walls and thick bouncy carpets. The kitchen and dining space occupies the opposite side of the house. A practical space, which has been opened up to make room for an informal dining space. The kitchen is of course - stunning! Lots of storage and worktop space, with sleek granite worktops and metro tiled splashback. In addition to the kitchen, there is a store room, home to the boiler and makes a great cloak room! The rear garden is brilliant! A large space, with raised timber bedding and large decking - plenty of room for a summer BBQ!
Upstairs, there are three fantastic sized bedrooms.
