"VILLAGE LOCATION...CLOSE TO LANCASTER & MORECAMBE...WELL PRESENTED THROUGHOUT!!! Main Road in Slyne is a perfect family home with so much to offer both inside and out. The property offers a spacious lounge with French doors opening into a conservatory which is used as a dining space. There is also a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms of which two are doubles, and a modern bathroom suite. Externally there are very well presented gardens to both the front and rear and the home is double glazed and central heated throughout. Close by there is a local convenience store and post office along with a popular school.

THE LOCATION The village of Slyne is a very sought after residential area approximately 4 miles north of Lancaster City Centre. The area appeals to a wide range of client?le from professional couples to the retired as there are a good range of different style homes from small abodes through to larger detached properties. There are good local amenities close by including good transport links into the city centre or out into Carnforth or the Lakes beyond and there is a local convenience store around the corner. Also close by there is a popular Primary school and there are two popular public houses which both serve food. Only a short distance away you will also find the village of Hest Bank where you can walk along the shore and watch the sun set over Morecambe Bay.
