"A lovely apartment situated in an equally lovely period building in a very desirable residential location. With living area's, 2 good size double bedrooms and a surprising amount of built in storage, this apartment offers more than meets the eye !

Location The Hastings resides on the side of the main A6 in Greaves just south of Lancaster City centre. Ideally situated for commuter access both North and South and in close proximity to the city's major employers, both the univeraties and the R.L.I hospital. Close by you will find a good variety of amenities and local businesses in both Scotforth and Greaves. Popular local Primary and Secondary schools are also not far away. Greaves Park is at the end of the road where there is a large open playing field ideal for children to play or to enjoy a stroll. The city centre is a good walk away or short bus journey and offers all of the culinary, cultural and commercial conveniences you would expect. Property overview The main body of The Hastings is in fact the remnants of an old school, modern annexes have been added, number 30 The Hastings is situated on the second floor of the old school building and therefore boasts period indicative features.
