"This second floor apartment is situated in The Hastings and offers two bedrooms along with an open plan living and kitchen area. Amenities are close by and easy access to the city centre and the motorway can be gained easily.

About the location The Hastings resides on the side of the main A6 in Greaves just south of Lancaster City centre. Ideally situated for commuter access both North and South and in close proximity to the city's major employers, both the universities and the R.L.I hospital. Close by you will find a good variety of amenities and local businesses in both Scotforth and Greaves. Popular local Primary and Secondary schools are also not far away. Greaves Park is at the end of the road where there is a large open playing field ideal for children to play or to enjoy a stroll. The city centre is only a ten minute walk away or short bus journey and offers all of the culinary, cultural and commercial conveniences you would expect. What we like... We like the fact that this home offers a fantastic sized open plan living area to the kitchen with views from here looking out over the rear of the building. A brief description This apartment is situated on the second floor of this apartment block and is available with furnished accommodation. Once inside you will find that the hallway has access to all the rooms available and there is storage also available. The lounge has been decorated in a neutral style which is open plan to the kitchen area. Tenants will find that the kitchen has been fitted with a great range of storage and the appliances are available. The master bedroom is a generous sized double room along with a further well proportioned single bedroom. You will also find a three piece bathroom which has been partially tiled. The second bedroom is a good size single room which offers a single bed and two sets of drawers. Both bedrooms look out over the rear of the building which will get the afternoon sunshine. Finally there is the bathroom, fitted with a three piece suite which offers a shower above the bath and a built in storage cupboard which houses the hot water tank. The room has been partially tiled and there is a built in extractor fan to the ceiling. Communal areas There are three entrances to the building with the main two at the rear just off the car park. There are visitor spaces available to the far side of the car park and on street parking is also close by. The hallways and the stairwells are all looked after and cleaned by the management company as are the outside areas. Fees apply The following fees will apply:
