About the location The Hastings resides on the side of the main A6 in Greaves just south of Lancaster City centre. Ideally situated for commuter access both North and South and in close proximity to the city's major employers, both the universities and the R.L.I hospital.

Close by you will find a good variety of amenities and local businesses in both Scotforth and Greaves. Popular local Primary and Secondary schools are also not far away. Greaves Park is at the end of the road where there is a large open playing field ideal for children to play or to enjoy a stroll.
