What we like We just really love the Standen Gate area of Lancaster and this property is just so well presented! Location Masonfield Crescent is positioned at the beginning of a quiet residential road on the popular modern housing development known as Standen Gate. Standen Gate is one of Lancaster's premier developments. This fantastic residential area appeals to many due to the attractive leafy location. There are designated green areas with well maintained gardens and play parks. Only a short distance away you can find Williamson's Park which is open to the public and offers approximately 52 acres of open space. Regular buses connect the area to the city centre which is approximately a mile away. The M6, Universities and the Hospital are all easily reached. Overview Enter the apartment itself into a light and neutrally decorated entry hall which gives way to the rest of this smart, modern home.
