"A semi detached house which has been extended and refurbished to a very high standard. Sitting in a lovely spot in the heart of Charnock Richard the property has open views to the rear. Viewing is absolutely essential to appreciate the level of work the current owners have done in recent years. Visitors enter through a porch, which leads onto an entrance hallway. There is a lounge to the front with fireplace and log burner, and a dining room. The modern fully fitted kitchen is less than six months old. To the first floor there is a master bedroom, two further bedrooms and a bathroom which has been replaced within the last six months also. Recent improvements include, new carpets and floor coverings, new boiler and gas central heating, UPVC double glazing to front and porch, replastered and decorated throughout. To the outside there is a driveway to the front providing off road parking, an attached garage, and a good sized garden to the rear with lawn and patio areas."
