"FULL DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd, the quickest selling agent in town, is very pleased to be offering another first class property, in Mellor Brook, for sale.

Situated on Branch Road, just up from the centre of Mellor Brook, this property is well positioned for easy access to the Ribble Valley and the M6. This property is easy to find, being close to the 5 Star Fisherman's Retreat, just off Preston New Road.

Approaching the property from the front, you can drive onto the driveway and park along the side or to the front of the property. Instantly you can see this is a 'Good Quality - Proper House' with a very spacious feel to it - and that's before you go inside!
