"It has been nearly 30 years since the current owners moved in, during which time they have enjoyed being only minutes walk away from the sea front. In recent years Eddie and Marion have made many improvements to their home, including new windows, a lovely new kitchen, bathroom and new heating system. The house has also been completely re-decorated throughout and now has a really modern theme and feeling to it.

The downstairs accommodation offers a bright lounge/diner, and there is a posh modern kitchen which includes a number of built-in appliances. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, plus a small box room ideal for a nursery or study/computer room, where you can enjoy some peace and quiet whilst surfing the web or conversing with friends and family by E-Mail.

For getting about there is a local bus service into Whitstable town centre and good links to main roads which include the A299 and M2 providing easy access to the Medway Towns and London. Being only a few minutes drive into Whitstable Town Centre you are never far away from excellent shopping facilities, a working harbour and wonderful beaches.

We have shared many fantastic times in this property and during the past 30 years and have had the good fortune of having some wonderful neighbours, many of whom have also lived here in excess of 20 years and we are really going to miss them.

We have created a really modern home and have done just about everything we could to the property during our time here, it is only due to health reasons that we are now having to move.

Having the sea front only a few minutes walk away has been a real bonus and we often enjoy long walks along the beaches during the summer with family and friends.
